At BUNEE, your satisfaction and your journey to beautiful hair are our top priorities. We stand behind our products, but we also understand the need to try something to ensure it's right for you. Our policy is designed for genuine satisfaction.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange request.

  • Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for eligible items within this 30-day window.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be:

  1. In its original, unopened packagingOR

  2. Opened and gently tested for suitability only—meaning a small, minimal amount was used purely for trial purposes. The key condition is that the item must be largely full, in its original packaging, and in perfectly resalable condition. It should appear essentially new and unused to another customer. We cannot accept returns for products that show significant use or are no longer in a condition to be resold.
    (Final eligibility for any opened item is determined upon inspection at our warehouse).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will send you a return authorization and a free return shipping label within 24-48 business hours.

Seamless Exchanges
Need a different color, variant, or product?

  • Request an exchange by following the email steps above.

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue you a special one-time-use discount code for the value of your returned item. You can use it immediately to order the correct item. We'll also cover $5 of your new order's shipping costs to make the exchange process smoother for you.

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Wrong or Faulty Item Received: Contact us immediately at support@hairbunee.com with your order number and clear photos or video. Once verified, we will ship the correct replacement to you free of charge with priority shipping.

  • Issues Reported After 30 Days: For genuine manufacturing defects reported after the return window, please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a product replacement or store credit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 5 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Unclaimed Packages

  • Order Cancellations: We process orders rapidly. To cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours of your purchase or before your order status changes to "Shipped," whichever comes first.

  • Unclaimed or Refused Packages: If a package is refused or unclaimed (e.g., due to customs fees), a handling fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs.

    • Please note: Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

Important Note for International Customers
We are committed to serving you globally. Please be aware that international returns may be subject to delays during customs clearance, which is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will process your return as soon as it arrives at our facility.
