Subscription, Pre-Order & Try-Before-You-Buy Policy:

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

Important Subscription Notice

By purchasing a promotional subscription, you agree to the following:

A minimum commitment of two (2) months

  • The first month at the promotional price
  • The second month at the regular subscription price

Cancellation is not available during the 2-month commitment period

After the mandatory 2-month period ends, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer support.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions include recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at each renewal unless you cancel after the minimum commitment period.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew. You may disable auto-renewal after completing the required commitment period.

Cancellations Before Fulfillment

If you request cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped, your request will be reviewed according to our billing and refund policy.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.

Pre-Orders

When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock.

We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout.

If the item has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation.

If it has already been fulfilled or shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method before shipping.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
