Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time:
Europe & North America: 4–8 business days
Asia, Africa & South America: 8–15 business days (may vary).
Please note that these are standard shipping times. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We currently do not offer premium or expedited shipping to keep costs low for our customers.

Change of Address:
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or shipping.
Order Cancellation:
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@hairbunee.com with your order number. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
