Subscription, Pre-Order & Try Before You Buy Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. Please review the terms below before completing your purchase.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Simply visit your account page or use the link in your order confirmation email to manage or cancel your subscription.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel before the next renewal date.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, then fulfill and charge the remaining balance at a future date.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled or shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before shipping. You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
