Global Fulfillment:
To ensure faster delivery and better product availability, we ship from a global network of fulfillment centers located in Asia, Europe, and North America. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse that guarantees the quickest and most efficient delivery to your address.

Processing Time:
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. Normally, it takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before your package is shipped. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

Shipping Options & Costs:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee of $5 (or equivalent) will be applied.

Change of Address:
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

Order Cancellation:
We process orders quickly to get your products to you ASAP. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@hairbunee.com with your order number. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the processing phase.
