We ship from a global network of fulfillment centers in Asia, Europe, and North America. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse that guarantees the fastest and most efficient delivery to your location.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time:
Europe & North America: 4–8 business days
Asia, Africa & South America: 8–12 business days (may vary).

We strive to deliver your purchases promptly and safely. Please be aware that certain logistical factors (like customs procedures or carrier delays) may lead to slight adjustments in the estimated timeline.

Delayed Orders: In rare cases where delivery takes longer than expected due to factors beyond our control, we may offer partial compensation or a discount on your next order as a token of our commitment to your satisfaction.

Shipping Options & Costs:
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5 (or equivalent) for orders below the free shipping threshold.

Change of Address:
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or shipping.

Order Cancellation:
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@hairbunee.com with your order number. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
